Round Flat Rubber Seal Ring

Rubber O-ring has excellent sealing performance and high working life. The working life of dynamic pressure sealing is 5-10 times higher than that of conventional rubber sealing products, and the maximum can be tens of times. Under some conditions, it can be the same as the sealing matrix.

It’s used for installation on a variety of mechanical equipment, in a specified temperature and pressure and in different liquids and gases, in a static or moving state to seal.

Material analysis of rubber seals:

VITON: With good high temperature, strong oxidant, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance. Usually used in high temperature, high vacuum and high pressure environments, suitable for oil environments.

Working temperature: -20~250℃

Silicone: With good high temperature resistant,aging resistance and weather resistance.

NBR: With good tensile strength,elongation,oil resistance,water proof.
Working temperature: -25~100℃

EPDM: With good high temperature resistant,weather resistance,aging resistant,ozone resistant and water resistant.

Working temperature: -50~150℃

NR: With good abrasion resistance, high elastic, tensile strength and alkali resistance.
