Vibrating screen commonly used seals: U type, smaller U type, V type, rubber balls and ball ring, etc. And they are made of natural rubber and silicone. Others material also can be customized.
BASIC INFORMATION
The sealing ring on the vibration equipment is mainly used to seal the gap between the screen frame and the screen frame, which avoids the material flying out when the screen is working. Usually there are two kinds of sealing rings, v-type and u-type.
U-type: U-type sealing rings with groove bottom as the demarcation line, and u-type sealing rings with the same left and right lengths.
V-type sealing rings with groove bottom as the demarcation line, and V-type sealing rings with inconsistent left and right lengths.
U shape rubber gasket also known as the vibration sieve seal skins, widely used in rotary vibration sieve and round vibrating screen. The purpose is to preventing powder and slurry from the process of screening filter junction leakage and preventing dust from entering inside the outer screen machine vibrating screen equipment.
