Our custom rubber moulding manufacturing service enables us to produce bespoke parts to your exact specifications. To replace an existing part, we can produce rubber mouldings either from a drawing or an existing sample. Alternatively, we can assist in the design and material selection process for new parts. With over 100 years of experience, our informative staff can ensure that you always get the best moulding possible. This gives you peace of mind knowing that the part is tailor-made to suit your application and working environment.
We offer a wide variety of custom rubber moulding capabilities. We can produce small and intricate parts weighing 0.1kg, to new heavy-duty rubber matting designs weighting 30kg and everything in between. Some of our most commonly requested moulded parts include; rubber bushes, grommets, hydraulic rubber seal as well as rubber bonded to metal mounts.
Another common request is for our rubber dust cover mouldings. As with other moulding parts, each dust cover is slightly different in order to suit a specific application. We can produce rubber dust covers with high temperature resistance, ozone, oil, and grease resistance for use in extreme conditions. We regularly supply dust covers for use in control cables, suspension joints, exhaust systems, tie rod ends as well as vehicle brake systems.
As every custom moulding enquiry is different, please be aware that there are no standard stock sizes. Our manufacturing process is subject to minimum order quantities depending on the size of the part and the material specification required. For smaller quantities we typically offer our stitched bellows, which are still suitable for a wide range of applications.
